Rates
Superior Point Luxury Cottage is available for weekly rentals during the open rental season (May-November).
Rates are as follows:

Bookings are only available by the week and on a Sat-Sat cycle in the summer season. In the spring/fall season, a minimum 3 night stay is required. Check in is at 3pm on the first Sat and check out at 10am on the following Sat.

Booking & Payment
Booking
Please contact us to request the desired dates. We will try our best to accommodate your request. A 50% deposit along with a signed rental agreement is required immediately after booking – please note that we will not reserve the date until the deposit and the signed agreement is received. In addition, we request a $300 (U.S./Cdn) damage deposit to be paid along with your deposit - this amount is fully refunded once the property is inspected after your stay and we are satisfied that no damage is done to the property. The remaining 50% is due upon arrival.
Payment
Deposit payments can be made via bank draft made payable to JE Partners. Once we receive your payment, we will send confirmation of the reserved dates.
Directions and Key Pick-up
Once we receive your deposit, we will provide exact directions to the cottage as well as instructions on key pickup.
Cancellation Policy
In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your vacation, we will try our best to re-rent the selected dates – if we are successful in renting it out – we will refund your deposit less a $75 (U.S./Cdn) administration fee. If we are not successful in renting it out, the deposit will not be refunded.

Cottage Policies

No Pets are allowed (Due to allergies in the family)

No Smoking is allowed in the house

Children are welcome but younger children need to be supervised at all times during your stay due to the rocky terrain at the edge of the property

We have provided a checklist to facilitate your check-out process - please complete at the end of your stay

Please ensure that the cottage is left clean just as you found it - cleaning supplies are provided
-
Please remove all garbage from the house and property at the end of your stay
-
Parking is available on the property for up to 3 vehicles
-
Phone and answering machine is provided for local calls - please bring your calling card for long distance calls
