Scheduled website outage frequently asked questions

The Superior Point website will be unavailable for a period of time the weekend of April 15-16, 2023, for scheduled server maintenance. See the following list of questions and answers for details on the outage.


When will the website outage occur?

The Superior Point website will be unavailable from 7 a.m. on Saturday, April 15 through 6 p.m. on Sunday, April 16, 2023.

What will be impacted by the outage?

The website will be completely unavailable during the scheduled outage. You will be unable to report injuries, pay your bill, download certificates of insurance, access electronic documents or complete online premium audits during the outage so please plan accordingly.

What if I need to report an injury while the site is unavailable?

You will not be able to report injuries online during the outage. Please call (800) WC-CLAIM [922-5246] to report by phone.

What if I need to complete an online premium audit?

If your online premium audit is due on April 15, please plan ahead to complete your audit by Friday, April 14, 2023, to avoid accessing the site during the outage.

How can I contact Superior Point during the outage?

If you need to reach us, please call us at (877) 256-1411 and leave a message. A Superior Point representative will get back to you on Monday, April 17.
